Hêja Netirk comes from Kurdistan and lives in exile in Hamburg. In her first EP "Stranên Neşuştî" ("Unwashed Songs"), she develops a feminist approach to Kurdish songs and deals with social issues. This time Hêja has developed Kurdish Club Concept with her duo partner Rico Danta and guest musician: Tembûrvan Diyadîn. They take you on a journey that begins in Kurdistan and ends in the port of Hamburg. On the way we sing and dance against fascism, exploitation and colonialism.
