İÇ İÇE 2024

For the fourth time, the İÇ İÇE Festival invites music enthusiasts from various communities to celebrate the sounds and culture of the Anatolian region together. As the name İÇ İÇE suggests - Turkish for "intertwined" or "interwoven" - genre boundaries are overcome through a diverse music and cultural program and people from different diasporas are brought together.

An exciting program will be created for visitors that goes far beyond music and includes performances, workshops, readings and discussions dedicated to topics such as multiple affiliations, solidarity, racism and empowerment. The events serve as a platform for making the concerns of the diaspora visible and for an essential cultural dialogue. Behind the İÇ İÇE Festival is a dedicated festival team made up of mostly queer and migrant people.

Accessibility

The Festsaal Kreuzberg is easily accessible for wheelchair users, all areas are at ground level. At events, an accompanying person is admitted free of charge if this is noted on the disabled pass.
The hall, the fireplace room and the hall are at ground level, the gallery is only accessible via a staircase. The checkroom can be used by wheelchair users and is located in the entrance area. There is no wheelchair platform for events, so arriving early ensures better seats. Disabled toilets are available.
There is a designated disabled parking space in the side street behind the Flutgraben. Otherwise the parking situation is very tight.
