And if the festival has to be cancelled after all?

Then we can of course refund your tickets. But we are also happy if you keep your tickets and wait with us for the next opportunity.

What happens to my tickets from last year?

Last year’s tickets remain valid, you can redeem them regularly on the day of the festival.

Where can i buy a festival ticket?

Tickets are available at the Festsaal Kreuzberg website or at the Koka36 store at Oranienstraße 29.

How do I get to the festival?

The address of the Festsaal Kreuzberg is: Am Flutgraben 2 in 12435 Berlin. We recommend you to go by bike, public transport or on foot. From Schlesisches Tor or Treptower Park it is only a few hundred meters to Festsaal Kreuzberg. If you come to the location by car, you can find a parking space in the surrounding side streets. However, watch out for parking meters.

Is the location accessible?

The Festsaal Kreuzberg is easily accessible for wheelchair users as there is a wheelchair ramp. The hall is barrier-free except for a few levels and there is a wheelchair accessible toilet. There is a ramp to a platform to the left of the stage, which gives wheelchair users a good view of the stage.
At concerts there is always the possibility to put chairs on the platform and reserve them for people who cannot stand for a long time.
The fireplace room is also at ground level and therefore barrier-free. Only the gallery above is not accessible by wheelchair. There is also a wheelchair accessible toilet in the fireplace room.

Is there food to buy during the festival?

The catering service of the Festsaal Kreuzberg will offer a food stand, and there will also be a stand with Anatolian food (gözleme and other goodies). In addition, Ali’s tea bar will provide us with the finest Çay.
