Anthony Hüseyin is a musician and performance artist, Fatma Aydemir is a writer and author. Their pieces of work speak to each other, even before they met. In their performance ‘Project O’, Anthony Hüseyin explores the queer potential of the gender-neutral pronoun ‘o’ their own biography as well as in turkish (pop) culture. In her book ‘Djinns’ Fatma Aydemir, on the other hand, tries to break patriarchal structures in the diaspora, based on a family tragedy.
For this İÇ İÇE performance, Anthony and Fatma will bring their bodies of work together for the first time and join forces against the unholy unity of state, family and god with reading passages and songs.
